Finding a hall

You can search without an account. “Use my location” asks your browser for permission; the location is used to find nearby halls and is not included in our analytics events. Saved favorites stay on your device.

Contacting us and managing a hall

Contact messages and hall requests are stored for administrator review. If you sign in, the site receives your account identity and email. Claim details and pending photos are shared with the administrator; approved listing details and photos become public. Contact messages may also be forwarded to the directory’s administrative inbox when email delivery is enabled.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to measure page visits and actions such as hall selections and directions clicks. We do not include your email, contact messages, account details, or exact browser location in these events. Our tracking excludes admin, owner, and contact pages, and removes query strings from recorded page addresses.

You can decline analytics and continue using the finder. When analytics is enabled for this site, “Analytics choices” at the bottom of public pages lets you change your choice.

Security and service providers

The site uses Mapbox for maps and address lookups, ChatGPT for account sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions and Resend delivers contact notifications.
